Reply to the owners: We did submit all the required documents for the adults in our group. Proof can be shared. Please don't divert attention from the caretaker's rude behavior and staff entering our rooms without permission. The staff need to create a better atmosphere, and the washroom plumbing needs attention. My first review: Even though the area around the stay was nice, the service was terrible. The caretaker was rude, and staff went into our rooms without permission while we were away. That's completely unacceptable. The pool also looked nothing like the pictures on the website, and the washroom taps didn't work at all, which was a major inconvenience. This was extremely disappointing and not worth the money or hassle. I wouldn't recommend booking here.

Kanhaiya was polite, helpful, and attentive to what we needed, which made the stay more pleasant. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout. We had a great experience with him and highly recommend it. ♥️

The people who served us were cooperative, and the food was good, like proper Indian home cooking, although the prices were high. We booked five rooms for our big family, and not one was clean or organized. The pictures don't show what the rooms are really like, they seem edited. The rooms were unhygienic and had no tables or chairs, and the washrooms felt like dirty public toilets. The doors made a sound like a machine running when opened. The pool wasn't clean either. At least clean it if the rooms aren't being cleaned. There were lots of red ants on the lawn.

Even one night here was a nightmare. This place isn't worth a single rupee, and it shouldn't even be called a hotel. I'd strongly warn everyone to stay away.
