Emperor Resort & Spa

The friendly staff made our stay at Emperor even more comfortable, and the morning breakfast was very good. Rooms were hygienic and clean, with housekeeping every day, and the pool was enjoyable and well maintained. A really pleasant, memorable visit.

The location is beautiful, and the rooms look good, but they need much better cleaning and care. Both rooms had ants all over the tables. The floors were oily, with thick dust in some spots, and the bathrooms were very dirty and unhygienic. I raised these problems with the property managers and hope they’re sorted by my next visit.

The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful and supportive. The bar setup is amazing, and the pool is great for cooling off and having fun with family and friends. After a long, hot, sweaty day, the shower was fantastic, with pressure like standing under a waterfall. Loved the place in Vagator, highly recommend it. Cheers!

We were four girls and picked the villa for the extra private space and an additional powder room. The rooms were spacious enough for two, well ventilated, clean, and had their own bathrooms and balconies. The villa was nicely decorated, with a dining area, living room with a TV, and a working kitchen. The service was good, and it felt safe enough for girls to stay on their own. A few things could be improved: the bedrooms need more white light for getting ready, and one bedroom lacked a dedicated dressing area while the other had one. Two bathrooms had cigarette butts on the floor, so they hadn’t been cleaned properly, and there was a dirty towel in the washroom. We also could have used some utensils and plates in the kitchen. Apart from those issues, we had no complaints.
