The location is excellent, and it’s easy to get around from the hotel. Breakfast was also excellent. The maintenance, though, seemed lacking. When we asked for the lobby AC to be switched on, the receptionist said it was being repaired. The mini refrigerator in our superior room wasn’t working either, and we were again told it was under repair.

The receptionist and daytime manager were kind and helpful, but we weren’t satisfied with the night manager’s service. He wasn’t cooperative at all. There were also so many cockroaches in the room that they need to get pest control done.

The swimming pool wasn’t very clean, and being on the rooftop meant pigeons could get to it easily. Apart from that, we had a very good stay at Abode Hyderabad. It’s near the main tourist attractions in hyderbad, the rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and room service was prompt.

Mr. Fasiuddin at reception was very kind, polite, and genuinely helpful. He handled things properly and made sure my concerns were addressed, and I appreciate his good service. My stay at Hotel Abode was average overall, though, because the rest of the staff were unresponsive, communicated poorly, and seemed uninterested when help was needed. The hotel staff generally need to improve their behavior and customer service.

The location is hard to beat, and the service was great. Ms. Pallavi’s customer focused approach really impressed us. Management at the F&B was excellent at providing customer service. This is my wholehearted and unbiased feedback.
