JW Marriott Goa

This was our fourth stay this year, and somehow the experience keeps improving. The consistency says a lot about the team’s commitment. Puja Dey was our first point of contact and deserves special thanks: her warmth, attention to detail, and initiative made the visit feel one of a kind. The chefs, kitchen team, and duty managers all showed real care and professionalism. The chefs made dining fun as well as delicious by going out of their way to suit our kids’ preferences. The food was outstanding, full of flavor, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully put together. From the warm, smooth check-in onward, we felt welcome throughout. A real standard for luxury service, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

We stopped at the JW Goa restaurant near the end of our trip for a North Indian meal. We’ve eaten at plenty of places, but even the simple vegetarian order of dal, paneer, and breads was fantastic. The temperature and taste could rival any of Delhi’s oldest eateries, with that familiar Marriott hospitality on top. That meal alone made us want to visit and stay at the property next time.

We spent five nights at the JW Marriott Goa in March 2026 and were very happy with the stay. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean, and lit beautifully. Housekeeping paid close attention to the little touches that made the room comfortable each time we came back. From entering the hotel to the end, we felt pampered. The service was excellent, with smiling, friendly staff who were ready to help and often went out of their way to make us feel valued. The pool has an exceptional view and a good cafe. We also enjoyed the Platinum Elite Members lounge, with its lovely forest and sea view and huge selection of food and drinks. The JW Kitchen breakfast buffet was the one part that didn’t feel exceptional, though it seems like something they could fix quickly, and I hope they do. Can’t wait to return.

This is by far the best JW property we’ve visited. It’s modern, thoughtfully designed, and has lots of amenities. The whole team was friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional. Simran Khare, Manager at JW Kitchen and Pergola, worked hard to make sure every request was met and is a great ambassador for the property. Zoe made excellent cocktails and knows a lot about different spirits, with real enthusiasm for liquors made in India. We learned a lot from her, and her radiant personality made the experience even better. The breakfast food quality and selection were unmatched. I also forgot to mention Sous Chef Ghazi, who stopped by our table to answer questions and talk us through the food. He was very humble and even shared a recipe for the museli we had. Another great ambassador for the property. Mr. Taneja, thank you for your response. A definite must-stay.
