We found cockroaches in the room and washroom, and water was dripping from the ceiling in Room No. 200. When we asked to move rooms, the receptionist argued and was rude instead of helping. Staff even said outright that they wouldn’t assist us. The room was missing towels and dental kits until we asked for them, and the heater was only available from 4:30 AM to 10:00 AM, which was unacceptable in the cold. Wi-Fi was advertised but didn’t work; we were told there were technical issues, with no fix offered. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist showed little interest in welcoming or helping us. Poor hygiene, missing basics, and that attitude made the stay extremely disappointing. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this place.

The food was the one decent part, the kitchen service was good and the food itself was okay. Otherwise, room service was poor, there was dust and even spider webs in the rooms, and basic upkeep needs serious work. They didn’t even provide drinking water at check-in, which should be a minimum. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it without major improvements.

I was charged 3500 rs per day for this service, but there was no hot water and the room heater didn’t work. I stayed with my family in room number 407 on 15th Jan 2026. The room phone was dead, so every time I needed service I had to go from the fourth floor down to the GF reception. Worst experience.

The food was good, especially the Veg Biryani and Paneer Butter Masala. The room, though, was badly maintained, with most things broken, and the blankets were dirty. Reception staff didn’t understand Hindi or English, which made communication very difficult. They were also very lazy about providing service.
