They don’t honour online bookings, and they’re fraudsters. I gave one star because it’s the lowest rating. We pre-booked and called the agent to say we’d pay the full amount after reaching the hotel, not in advance. They sent an auto-cancel message, so we called again to confirm, and were told the booking was in place. But when we got to the location, they flatly said the hotel was full. We lost our whole evening and night and couldn’t visit any famous place.

The staff were extremely rude, and management and service were negative/100. There’s no parking, and they don’t care about you. Worst place in vizag.

The location is a plus, and everything else was excellent. I did have to ask before they changed the bed sheets.

Hot water depends on the solar facility, with no geyser. If there’s no sunlight, you end up having to bathe in cold water.

The rooms were okay, and the location was the main advantage. Water leaked through the ceiling, though, so maintenance wasn’t great. Maybe suitable for a one or two day stay.
