My Beach Holiday

I booked three nights, and at check-in we were told we’d have to get our own water. They didn’t provide any, and nobody checked whether we wanted fresh sheets or daily cleaning. There was only one person looking after the whole place. The rooms are good, but the service is pathetic, and it’s way too costly for what you get. Kindly avoid.

There are plenty of places to eat just a stone’s throw away, and the market for ladies’ shopping is right at the doorstep. Ozron and Vagator beaches are within walking distance, while night-out options are about a 15-minute drive away. The property has a pool that’s useful for kids, spacious rooms, 24-hour electricity and water, A/C, and a gated society for extra safety. The manager provided great hospitality. Cozy and comfortable at reasonable prices, well worth a stay. Strongly recommended.

We spent around four days here and had a great experience. The rooms were well maintained, the pool was in good condition, and all the staff were friendly. Nice ambiance.

The service was very bad. The manager took an extra 10,000 when we arrived before giving us check-in. Drinking water wasn’t provided regularly either, and we were told to get it from outside. There was no privacy in the room, housekeeping wasn’t satisfactory, bathroom kits weren’t supplied daily, and cleaning was very poor. I suggest not going here.
