The owner and staff were so accommodating. There’s no 24-hour reception, but after I let them know I’d arrive late, they welcomed me warmly and had a clean bed ready. The restaurant food was good and portions were sufficient. Staff were always smiling and happy to listen, and they even helped me plan what to do during the day and evening. The setting has lush green surroundings, a pool, and a hut-style shared sitting area. It’s also very close to the beach and party spots. I was really happy with the service. Whether you’re traveling alone or with a group of friends, stay here.

The food was always fresh and tasty, and the property has an underwater bar setup with Hookah available. Rooms have nice furnishings, plenty of space, and balconies overlooking the pool and palms. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the owners are approachable and helpful. Best hotel in Goa, and good value for money!

I booked through the Trivago app for my first marriage anniversary trip to Goa with my wife and two relatives. The booking and payment details confirmed two people and two rooms. When we arrived, the hotel refused to let all four of us stay, saying we’d booked for only two and had to pay for another hotel before they would allow us in. They said the room beds held two people. After arguing with the receptionist, we paid and moved to a room. The bathroom wasn’t properly maintained and the basin didn’t work. The fan was very slow and the AC was in horrible condition. Staff reported the room issue and the receptionist told us to move as soon as possible. We said we’d move within half an hour, but he said the room was already booked. I asked what his duty was before handing over a room, and he spoke rudely. I told him I wasn’t moving again. That was our welcome on day one. On day two, we discussed the problem again and asked for help. We’d paid a huge amount for four days. Meanwhile, my wife asked another hotel and was told that even if you pay for one or two people, breakfast wouldn’t be served, but staying in one room with your husband was fine. We paid for four more days anyway. On the third night, we came back from roaming and asked for a towel. I told the same person and room service too. After waiting almost half an hour, I rang the bell, but got no response, so I left it. This hotel ruined my trip. As a family, I know how valuable time and enjoyment are. I know I made a mistake, but don’t ruin your trip with these guys. In the end, the choice is yours. Thank you.

This wasn’t what we expected. They asked for the full amount at check-in, and refunds aren’t given if someone decides to check out. We’d planned a birthday celebration for my daughter and had told the staff well in advance, including again the day before, but they still forgot to decorate the space. They said it was because we hadn’t paid in advance, though no one had told us an advance payment was needed. They did try their best, but the result still wasn’t satisfactory.
