The manager could never be reached and was only around when it came time to collect money. The staff were rude, and all they would say was, "Please adjust, we can't do anything." In the apartment we stayed in, there was no fuse, and the listed amenities weren't working: the AC, geyser, fans, lights and TV. It was a horrible experience, and they seemed interested only in money.

The hotel itself was nice, with clean rooms and a great environment. Everything else was fine, but I've never come across staff this rude before.

The staff were really nice, and the person at reception was very cooperative. The hotel was neat and clean, and service was quick.
