My reservation was confirmed well ahead of time, but the property cancelled it just a week before I was due to arrive. That left me stressed and disrupted my travel plans, with very little time to find somewhere else to stay. I don't consider it acceptable to cancel a confirmed booking so close to check-in. It shows a lack of professionalism and respect for guests who rely on their reservations while planning a trip. The experience left me with little trust in the property’s management or reliability. I wouldn't book here again, and I'd urge others to think twice.

The facilities shown online didn't match what we found, and for the price, the stay was very disappointing and uncomfortable. Our room wasn't clean at all, with dirty bedsheets, a bad smell, and a poorly maintained bathroom. Service was poor too, and the staff didn't respond properly when we complained. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't choose it.

The room facilities were very bad, and the stay was expensive. Our AC wasn't working. We told them, but they still didn't fix it. The manager was also very bad and didn't know how to host someone. I'd suggest choosing another hotel.

The hotel is very close to Vagator Beach. The staff and swimming pool were both 4 out of 5. The food was 3: it was good, but the complimentary breakfast was repetitive. I gave the room 1 because we found small cockroaches, although the bedsheet, bed, washroom, and other interiors were clean and in good condition. We were the only ones who faced the cockroach issue, and otherwise the hotel was good.

The room was fine and the food was okay, but the washroom was horrible and clearly wasn't maintained. The hygiene and upkeep there need work. The night reception staff were very rude and showed no respect to customers.
