Misty Creek Homestay

The gated parking has a security camera, but it feels quite cramped, and at night you can't take the car out whenever you want. The stay itself is in the heart of the city, so you can walk to do your shopping. They don't serve food there, but will buy it and bring it anywhere on request. Mr. Frank was a very helpful host, guiding us and planning visits to the sights. He also gave the kids an extra bed for free. We got breakfast from Mrs.Radha, and her home-cooked food was delicious. I booked the premium room for 15th to 17th of jan. It was good, especially the stunning balcony view. The sound of the river made it feel like being in the middle of a jungle.

I couldn't experience the stay this time, but the owner's kindness made a big impression. While traveling on check-in day, we had an unexpected family emergency after an accident and the death of a close relative, so we had to cancel at the last minute. Our Agoda booking was already past the cancellation window, so the policy meant I wasn't eligible for a refund. Even so, the owner of Misty Creek personally contacted Agoda for us and made sure we received a full refund, though he wasn't required to do that. I really appreciate the empathy, support and professionalism he showed during a difficult time. That gesture says a lot about their service. I'll choose Misty Creek for future trips to Valparai and recommend it to others. Thank you for your kindness.

The tea estate views from the balcony were stunning, and the caretakers were very polite. We had a memorable two-night stay with great hospitality at misty creek homestay. There's vehicle parking too. I'd highly recommend it. Thank you so much.

The place is clean and very well managed, and the people here have hearts of gold. When I arrived feeling unwell, they helped me recover without expecting anything in return. Mr Frank Benjamin and Mr Muniyandi Lawrence make this place feel like heaven. I highly recommend it.
