Budget Inn Palm Regency

I came back recently after about four years and enjoyed my stay. The hotel has kept its rooms clean and well done over the years, and the food is good. The staff are professional.

They accused us of lying instead of owning their miscommunication, and that lack of respect completely spoiled our stay. We had told Budget Inn Palm Hotel, Vapi in advance that seven people would stay across three rooms, and the hotel had confirmed this without issue. On arrival, they suddenly said only one person was allowed in each room. A hotel should stick to what was agreed before guests make their plans. I wouldn't recommend this place if you expect reliability or basic honesty. Think twice before booking.

The rooms are good and the food quality is good too. But the staff and owner don't know how to treat guests or drivers. They act as if a driver isn't human and deal with them like animals. Boycott hotels that behave this way.

The food quality was very good, and dinner was served nicely. Vikash was especially good with his behavior and service.
