On my trips to Vapi, I used to stay here. The rooms are comfortable, cleanliness and basic facilities are decent, and my stays were generally smooth. I've had a positive experience overall. My concern is that the hotel seems more focused on price and transactions than on customers. I don't think corporate partners or returning guests get the attention they deserve, and the management could do more to build those relationships and improve customer satisfaction.

The receptionist was the highlight for me. She was welcoming, professional, and so polite, always greeting us with a warm smile. Her good energy made the whole place feel nicer. Everything else was smooth from check-in through checkout, with clean rooms, a pleasant atmosphere, and quick service. Thanks to her and the hotel team. I'd be happy to come back.

A decent hotel close to the railway station. The rooms were clean and the staff were humble. For a budget stay, this is a good option.

The vegetarian restaurant downstairs was a nice extra, and the location near Vapi railway station was very convenient. Rooms were hygienic and exceptionally clean, and the staff were courteous. It seems suitable for families, solo guests, or business travelers. I highly recommend it.
