The staff made us feel welcome and looked after us really well, including when they served our food. Everything was clean, and the food was amazing. My family enjoyed the whole stay. The place has a great feel to it, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Hotel Woodlands is handy for both business trips and other travel, with its spot on National Highway 48 and close to Vapi railway station. The rooms are spacious, and the rates are budget-friendly.

The rooms are old and poorly maintained. When you call, reception quotes one rate, then raises it when you arrive. They also charge for things they said were complimentary, even something as small as tea. I wouldn't trust what they tell you.

Our confirmed event booking was cancelled at the last minute, leaving us scrambling to find a backup and creating a lot of chaos. We expected the hotel to handle it professionally, but there was no accountability or useful solution. I wouldn't trust or recommend this venue for planned gatherings.

We had confirmed our wedding function with this venue well ahead of time, then they cancelled on us at the last moment. There wasn't a proper apology, any compensation, or an alternative arrangement. The poor communication and lack of responsibility were upsetting, especially for such an important occasion. I'm very disappointed and would caution others before trusting them with a special day.
