Balaji Inn by OYO Rooms

The rooms were comfortable and clean, with working AC and hot water. The central location is great for the main temples, though the outer hallways and restaurant are very basic. Staff are slow, so don’t expect miracles. The boat guide they recommended charged a bomb for what was an abridged private tour of the Ghats, and felt like a complete ripoff. Better to book through a travel agency.

The room was fine despite having no window, but the washroom was dirty.

I chose this hotel because of the Google reviews, but my stay felt like a complete waste of money. The rooms were in very bad condition, the beds were dirty, and the charges were far too high. I wouldn’t come back or stay here again. The owner should renovate the property if they’re charging us this much.

We were there for two nights. The room was clean and had the important amenities, and Sri Kal Bhairav temple and Sri kashi biswanath temple gate no 4 are close by. The food was okay, but service was very slow. We had to call several times for the things we needed.
