The management personally looks after each guest, and the hospitality felt warm. We had spacious rooms and good food, which made our Varanasi trip memorable. We’d love to return. Highly recommended for families and other travellers.

I had a fascinating stay here. The room service was extremely good, and the staff behaved really well throughout. For the price, I think this is one of the best stays in terms of service quality. Give this wonderful hotel a chance.

We ended up canceling our stay because of how tiring and irritating the experience was. The location felt unwanted, congested, and unpleasant, and the rooms weren’t spacious or very clean. There was no luggage carrier service. The bill policy was extremely weird, demanding 100% payment with no refunds, and the owner was extremely disrespectful and arrogant with clients. You’re running a hotel, where clients should be pleased by your service, not met with unreasonable and senseless statements.

After a long day wandering around the city, this was a perfect place to rest. The rooms were clean, service was helpful, and the stay went smoothly. It was a great place.
