I’d paid in advance through OYO, but when I arrived to check in they demanded an extra 500, so I refused to stay. OYO started a refund, but I still haven’t received my money. They’ve held on to a total of 1200, and I feel this lousy hotel cheated me.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Don’t go here, especially if you’re with family.

Go only if you’re going as a couple. Don’t even consider staying here with your family.
