Family Guest House

The staff were pleasant, and everything else was good, but our room wasn't cleaned once during the three days we stayed. The bathroom also doesn't have a hand shower.

The room was neat and clean, and the staff were very polite. It's close to the Ganga Aarti and Kashi Vishwanath temple 💚💚💚

I paid for a night and found it wasn't worth the cost. The bathrooms are tiny, none of the geysers worked, and there was no hygiene: I saw cockroaches on the bed and lizards on the wall. The staff were rude too. This was a terrible stay, and I strongly recommend not staying here.

Customer service was the worst part of my disappointing visit. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, and they refused when I asked for just one glass of hot water. The rooms were in poor condition and badly maintained, with an extremely small washroom and a western toilet in terrible shape. There is no lift, which is very inconvenient. Please visit before booking. I strongly suggest finding another hotel, as this place isn't worth the money or trouble.
