The rooms and service were only average, and I think both could be improved to make the stay better. The location, though, is very good: Kedar Ghat, Harishchandra Ghat, and Assi Ghat are nearby, and there are convenient transport options. Restaurants, tea stalls, and paan stalls are easy to find around the hotel.

The staff were rude and the service was awful. They didn't clean the room daily, there were cockroaches, and the bed was very uncomfortable. They also wouldn't provide a double bed blanket for a couple.

I had a really bad experience here. The behavior was very offensive. Don't visit this property.

The room was very cramped and had no ventilation, and there were problems with the water, electricity, and AC. The AC wasn't in good condition, and I couldn't even bathe. They charged a high price, Room price-3000, but the service wasn't proper and the staff were very rude. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

You can find budget-friendly rooms in a good location, about 2km from kashi vishwanath temple, but there are some drawbacks. The hotel has no lift, and the stairs are very high. Parking is an issue if you have a 4 wheeler. Food is expensive, and I couldn't find a restaurant in the hotel, so they may be outsourcing it. The room itself is simple.
