The rooms were filthy, like train toilets, and they didn't even provide a glass for water. Service was very poor, the staff were rude, and it was a complete waste of money.

Dirty room, rude staff, and terrible service. I felt I'd wasted my money. Don't stay here, not even by mistake.

The location was handy, just a two-minute walk from Assi Ghat, but almost everything else about our one-day stay was a problem. My family of four had booked room 403 in advance while visiting Varanasi. It had one double bed and two dirty floor mattresses, which took up nearly all the floor space. The room felt so cramped that the dustbin had to be left in the hallway, which was a real frustration. The other employees were nice and easygoing, though I can't say that about the front desk guy. The lift only fits two people or about 160 kg at a time, so getting luggage up to the higher floors was a ridiculous ordeal. Wi-Fi kept dropping out every couple of minutes and wasn't reliable. There was a TV on the wall, but no subscription plan. The bedsheets were dirty, there were no towels, and we couldn't get hot water or a hot shower. The toilet had no ventilation window, just a tightly sealed exhaust fan that sounded louder than a 20-year-old tractor. If we switched it off even briefly, the toilet and room smelled like a dead rat. We were left choosing between sleep and hygiene. The in-house restaurant is in the basement, with rotting furniture, pests, and rodents. The kitchen looked messy and filthy. We ate there once. The food tasted like decent, ordinary home cooking, but I can't say the same for the hygiene. We also ordered desserts, and my sister found a fly inside her half-eaten gulabjamun. There was a photo attached. It wasn't worth even Rs 150 for a thousand-day stay, let alone the over Rs 1.5k we spent for one night. The place felt filthy, smelly, suffocating, and badly managed. The location was the only upside; everything else I can think of was a downside. If you're on vacation and want to relax, this isn't worth staying at. Probably the least value I've ever got from a hotel. I hope they improve the business and give future guests a pleasant experience.

A very cheap, bad hotel with terrible service. No towels, soap, or water bottle either.
