We had lunch here and really enjoyed it. Navneet, Gudiya, and Priya were very hospitable and accommodating, and made sure we were comfortable. The warm, inviting ambience was a lovely place to relax over a meal. The food was the best part. Everything we tried tasted authentic and was beautifully presented. Prices felt very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, so it was good value. Highly recommend if you're after delicious food and great service.

Priya was very polite, and her service was really good. At Hotel Dolphin, the rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly and ready to help with a smile. I had a wonderful, relaxing stay, and the food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet, which had a good mix of local and international dishes.

Our stay at Hotel Dolphin Grand in Varanasi was enjoyable. We found the room clean and tidy, with a nice bathroom, shower, and standard toilet. The TV runs WebOS, so streaming is possible. After a warm greeting at check-in, we were shown up to our room. The check-in itself was easy, and the front desk staff were very polite. The concierge helped arrange an English-speaking guide. A real treat was the included buffet breakfast and dinner at Udupi Sagar in the hotel lobby. The food was hot and fresh. Ansh, Priya, Rani, and Prabahas were all sweet and helpful, and a pleasure to be hosted by. Whenever we asked for something, it arrived with a warm smile. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone planning a trip to Varanasi.
