I cancelled my booking two days before the stay, even though I had only booked four days earlier, and the cancellation policy here feels like a scam. There doesn’t seem to be any clear rule about cancellations. Get it in writing whether the hotel will return your money or not.

For a daily rate of 2000/-, the amenities and facilities just weren’t worth it. I checked in at 11pm, went for Ganga snan in the morning, and when I got back the owner's daughter told me to check out sharply at 10:30 am before I could go for darshan. That showed no etiquette or manners. They didn’t provide even one bottle of water or any soap. The stay was terrible, and I’ll never book here again. I’d tell everyone else not to book either. 😔🤬🤬🤬

The location was handy for exploring the city, and the Ganga ghat is less than a minute’s walk away. We stayed two nights, found the rooms clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The hospitality was excellent, and we really enjoyed the visit. I’d recommend it to others.

We had no complaints about the clean room and washroom, and all the amenities were available. The food was really nice, room service was available, and we bought our packaged water bottles here as we always do on trips. The only hiccup was a small dinner misunderstanding on 6th October: we’d ordered at noon, but somehow the order was forgotten. The staff sorted it out quickly, so it was minor. We were glad we booked here and would stay again. The location is very convenient. Dashaswamedh ghat is a 3-5 minute walk, Nandi chowk is 8 minutes, Assi ghat is 33 minutes, Gate no 2 of Vishwanath temple is about 6 minutes, and Manikarnika ghat is around 30 minutes. We walked to all of them. Food options are plentiful downstairs if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Pushpa tea stall downstairs sells some of the best Malaiyos in Varanasi. We stayed from 4th October to 6th October. The rooms are on the 2nd floor, and the stairs are very high, though that’s common in Varanasi.
