The room was roomy and spotless, with very comfortable beds and excellent AC. We felt welcome right away, and check-in was easy. The team also gave us personal, thoughtful service that made us feel valued. Hotel Kiaara is a relaxing, luxurious place to stay in Varanasi, and we’ll be back on our next trip to Kashi. Highly recommend, 5/5! 🙏✨
In room 107, water escaped from the bathroom every time we showered and spread across the room. It felt unhygienic and made the space awkward to use. There was an exhaust fan, but no ventilation opening, so moisture built up and the bathroom was uncomfortable. The room itself was well below expectations, and the maintenance and design need serious attention. I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Kiaara - Boutique Hotel based on this stay.
Mr. Shubham deserves a special mention. He’s helpful and hospitable, and always checks that things are comfortable and convenient. I’ve stayed here many times, and each visit has been a good one. The place is clean, comfortable, and well managed. I’d recommend it to anyone.
The rooms and beds are clean and well maintained, and the price is good. My experience at Kiara was great. Shubham at reception is humble, kind, and a very good person. Thanks to him and the Kiara staff.
The location works well for airport travel, since the hotel is on the main highway, though it sits about 200 m from the road in a narrow alley. Rooms are spacious and clean. The washroom could be cleaner.
