I handed my bike keys to the counter staff, but they used them without permission and drove the vehicle. In the end, the car key was lost. That’s a serious breach of trust and basic safety. This kind of careless handling shows no accountability or professionalism, and it’s legally and ethically unacceptable to treat a customer’s vehicle this way. I’d strongly advise people who care about their vehicle and safety to avoid this place. Extremely unprofessional and unsafe service.

The location is good, but the service was very disappointing. My room smelled bad, and there was leakage throughout the bathroom. The cheap-quality windows and doors let noise in constantly. The reception and staff were very unprofessional.

The service was very poor, and the staff need to be trained to treat customers properly. Our rooms and the whole property also need much better cleaning. The hotel has no lift, so we had to carry our own luggage, and there’s no pantry or restaurant. They still accepted a breakfast booking, then served us cheap roadside food in the morning as breakfast. They didn’t provide water bottles either. During our stay, maintenance work started at night and made a lot of noise. It stopped only after repeated requests, conversations, and heated arguments, which was completely unacceptable. The hotel is near the DLW Petrol pump on the main road in Varanasi. Rooms are moderately spacious and have only basic amenities.
