They promised the rooms would be clean, but ours were dirty. I asked several times for them to clean, and nothing happened. There was no hot water because they said the boiler had been switched off. They only turned it on after I kept asking. The place was okay otherwise, but I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

We came as a group of 30, and the accommodation facilities were poor. The sofas were dirty, there was no AC remote, the washbasin tap was stiff, and the geyser wasn’t working in some rooms. A charging point didn’t work either. None of these were fixed after we pointed them out. Avoid.

Our experience was good, but there was a hot water problem and water overflowed onto the washroom floors. The rooms on the 3rd floor were still being renovated, yet they were being booked before they were fully ready. They shouldn’t be doing that.

There’s no parking, so you have to leave the car on the road. One of my relatives had to move his car when a bus came in. I’d avoid holding a gathering here. The buffet food was pathetic, and staff were extremely stingy with servings. For paneer ki sabji, they’d give you just one small piece; you had to ask for another, and maybe, if you had the nerve to ask again, you’d get a third. It was the same with mushroom sabji. I don’t know how much they think they’ll save that way. The place might be cheaper for the location, but it was simply pathetic, like a lodge.
