BHU is about half a kilometer away, and direct autos and cabs to Railway Station take around 20 minutes in normal traffic, plus or minus 10 minutes. Still, there are no street lights on the road to the hotel, which could feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The room itself was small, just enough space for a king-size bed. Linens were clean at check-in but weren't changed the next day. Wooden flooring meant even a little dust spread around, and there were no slippers or door mat. The manager was rude, arrogant, and uncooperative, and staff behavior was terrible. Outside food wasn't allowed, and no delivery executive could bring it in. I got sick after just one meal. At 1700 a night, it felt expensive compared with the experience and nearby hotels. WiFi was very slow, with even YouTube buffering. The TV wasn't connected to the dish unless we asked room service, and there were no HD channels, just some news and music. My overall experience was quite bad. I'd look for another nearby place because of the manager's unprofessional attitude and lack of basic courtesy.

I had agreed to a 30% extra charge for an 08:00 A.M. check-in and 05:00 P.M. checkout, but on checkout day he forced me to leave at 11:00 A.M. and threatened to throw my luggage out if I stayed beyond the usual time. He was not cooperative. Someone checking in at the same time as me had booked through Oyo and paid in advance, but Vishal denied the booking despite rooms being available. I also noticed the property had a high app rating and believe manager Vishal rated it 5/5 himself multiple times. My overall experience was quite bad, and I'd recommend finding another nearby property because of the manager's unprofessional attitude and lack of basic courtesy.

We had to sort things out ourselves after repeated reminders got us no towels, water, carpets, or regular housekeeping. The staff were arrogant and unhelpful. We had already paid nonrefundable rent in advance, which made the bad experience even more frustrating. Hotels like this give OYO a bad name.

The rooms were cramped and the ACs didn't cool. Hospitality was poor from the start: they demanded an extra 451₹, saying Oyo had booked at a lower price than they wanted. At checkout, the counter staff member asked me to open the Oyo application and, under the pretext of doing something, rated the hotel 5 stars himself.
