The only plus I found was the AC. The room was tiny and extremely dirty, and with no bathroom ventilation, the whole room smelled like the bathroom. There was no drinking water or blanket, they wouldn't change the dirty sheets, and they wouldn't tell me the Wi-Fi password, so practically there was no Wi-Fi. It's also hard to find, especially if you follow Google Maps. The manager checked me in and out before I even arrived because he thought my booking price was low. I booked for 350, so I had to make a fresh booking at a higher price. If you still book it, bring your own sheets and blankets, and don't pay above 500 or you'll regret it.

Water leaking from the bathroom was visible from reception, and the hotel's condition was very bad. I booked through OYO at 8 o'clock, but when I arrived they told me to wait until 12 while they checked my booking. At 11:50, they accepted someone else's booking at a higher price. They also asked for payment in cash instead of through the OYO app.

I'd give it a negative five. There was no Wi-Fi, TV, or hot water, and the room wasn't clean. There were rats, the bathroom wasn't clean, and the room lock didn't work properly. They also don't change the bedsheet daily. I contacted OYO's toll-free number to ask them to cancel and arrange another hotel, but they said it wasn't possible. A very, very bad experience with OYO and Baijnath Dham Guest.

The rooms were totally dirty and unhygienic. There was no power backup, drinking water, or handwash in the bathroom, and the staff were rude and dirty in their behaviour. They shouted at guests. Please don't book this hotel.
