The owner was rude, and the service was pathetic. They kept cutting the AC power, especially in the middle of the night, which was really irritating. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The location is out on the city's outskirts, and the food service was the worst, with very high charges. We were also asked to pay extra at check-in because our OYO booking was cheap. During my four-day stay, I spent a lot of time stuck in the toilet because there was no water. Room service was even worse: they deliberately switched off the AC at the MCB from time to time to save electricity and harass guests. The owner was very rude and didn't know how to treat customers. Such a bad experience. OYO should take action against hotels like this.

We arrived at 2 in the morning, but there were no rooms. I'd confirmed with the hotel, yet they said we hadn't confirmed. We didn't get another room until 5am. Please add good hotels to your website. My advice is not to stay here, it's a complete waste.

The service was good.

This was a terrible recommendation. There was no transportation or restaurant, the hotel's water tap was damaged, and the room had no chair. The washroom had no soap or bucket, and the food was really bad. A total waste of money. OYO, I'll never choose you again.
