Having to wait over an hour for our room key was ridiculous. When we went out, even just for a walk, they asked us to hand it in. Then, when we came back for it, they couldn't remember where it was. The worst service I've experienced.

The room was dirty and full of mosquitoes, and the place felt very unclean and unhygienic. Service was poor too. A terrible experience.

Just avoid this place. Don't go there.

The AC wasn't working properly, though the stay was good otherwise.
