This is the worst hotel. They have three hotels in total, one in kamachha and one in assighat. I asked for rooms on the first floor because my parents are very old, but they put us on the third floor. Both rooms were very dirty, with no towels, soap in the bathroom, or blankets. Water wasn't available 24*7 either. We checked in at night and had no other option. They're completely fake. Never book this hotel.

I was charged extra even though I had booked an AC room, because the hotel gave me a non-AC room instead. The staff's behavior and the hotel environment were both poor.

The price felt far too high for what we got. The rooms were cramped, ventilation was poor, and the tiny, dirty toilet had no washbasin or handwash. The bedsheet and towel were dirty too.

They advertise AC rooms for online bookings, but when I arrived they refused to give me one. This hotel was very bad.
