The Olivia

The bathroom is nice, though it has no exhaust fan. There’s enough room for a couple, but the rooms and the carpet in the second-floor lobby need a deep clean. Light from the window can also be bright enough to disturb you at night.

I paid for the room and expected basic courtesy and food delivered on time. Instead, the room service was extremely disappointing during my six-day conference stay. My first food order was so delayed that I called three times for an update, and it arrived just as I had to leave, so I couldn’t eat it. The second time I ordered only bread and butter. After three calls over 45 minutes, I asked them to tell me honestly if it would be late so I could order elsewhere. They assured me it would take five minutes, but it came 30 minutes later, when I was already in the lift. When I refused it because of the delay, the waiter insisted I had to take it, which was rude. I complained at reception, and later the staff member blamed me because another guest had overheard and he’d received negative remarks. He then told me not to order room service again. That was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. They seem more concerned about avoiding negative feedback than improving the service. Horrible experience with the staff and receptionist. I’ll never recommend this hotel.

ARTESH was very nice and attentive with the service. Castillo has a welcoming atmosphere and very good food. A must recommendation.

Good rooms, great service, and food at reasonable prices.
