We came from South India, so I worried about whether we'd manage the local food, but the staff kindly made dishes that reminded us of home. Breakfast and dinner were amazing, and Khusi helped us enjoy all our meals. The rooms were clean, with staff keeping them that way every day, and everyone was professional and hospitable. When my grandmother fell ill during our family trip, the staff kept a close eye on her and comforted her while we were out during the day.

Ali coordinated everything for my parents' 25th wedding anniversary celebration at Hotel Square Inn banquet. He was responsive, supportive, and professional, and the staff were helpful and cooperative throughout. The event went smoothly, and our family really enjoyed it. Thanks to the whole team for making the day memorable. Highly recommended!

Breakfast at Abodana Restaurant was fresh, tasty, and served just right. Khushi and Suraj deserve special thanks for their great service, and Aashu and Rajkumar did a fantastic job too. The staff were all friendly and professional. Highly recommend it for a good meal.

The hotel is close to Varanasi Junction station and easy to reach by car or tuk tuk. Several ghats, important temples, and sights are also within easy reach, and the location is good value for the price. Mr. Priyesh, the general manager, was kind and humble and did his best to help us settle in. The Square Inn Hotel was a comfortable, quiet place to stay in Varanasi, and I'd recommend it.

We left early the next morning after just one night because the hotel was so disappointing. The staff were uncooperative, food and other amenities were too expensive, and we were misled about the location. It was far from both the market and the main Vishwanath temple. The room didn't meet expectations either. The furniture, especially the cupboards and tables, wasn't maintained, the sheets were dirty, and the extra beds were uncomfortable and flimsy. One folding bed was literally shaking.
