When we ran into a minor issue with our , the hotel manager handled it right away. He personally moved us to a better room and checked back later to make sure everything was perfect. His calm, professional manner made our stay memorable and showed the hotel's high standards.

Loved the place, the staff, and the location. This is the best hotel I've visited, and I'd love to come again.

We found used condoms under the bed and beer cans in the washroom, and the bedsheets were dirty. The room was completely unclean, and the AC wasn't cooling, which made things even less comfortable. I contacted staff multiple times to have it cleaned, but nobody came. We'd paid in advance and couldn't leave to book somewhere else. The manager was rude and showed no concern about our complaints. Unsanitary and unprofessional, and absolutely not worth the money. I don't recommend this hotel.

The room wasn't well kept, and I was given one much smaller than the pictures showed. The manager was extremely unprofessional and had given us wrong information when we booked about 10 days earlier. Nobody was helpful or cooperative, and no housekeeping staff came during my stay even after I asked. One of the worst stays I've had. Don't spend your money here. I'm not coming back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
