Good looks and decoration, with a great location and above average rooms, but that’s not enough for a stay of a couple of days. The management was at its lowest. Staff were incompetent, and getting water or tea took over an hour and multiple calls. For nearly a whole day the water supply was down, and the geyser in one terrace washroom didn’t work even after I complained. Some staff were good, but a few were more than rude, using slangs and having anger issues. There are no individual room locks, so going out means leaving your room unlocked, which I wasn’t comfortable with. Cleaning was done, but I’d give it two stars. It felt like they cleaned just for the sake of cleaning. I’d recommend this place to many people, just kidding 😂. I can’t imagine telling my friends about this trip without getting mocked, 100% sure. I read other reviews too, and from those I can say this place is good for ... pets. I hope they work on these cons. **TAKE IT PROFESSIONALLY**

The food was super delicious and homely, and the hosts were warm and welcoming, taking care of all the little things we needed. We had an amazing stay at this villa and would definitely come again. Highly recommend it.

We checked in at 9 pm, and an under age young boy was left to handle everything. The room was 5 K after negotiating down from 6K, still way overpriced for what it was. In room no. 205, chewing gum and candy wrappers were stuck to the floor as if it hadn’t been cleaned for days. It’s an old standalone house, and the room had a weird old building smell. The faucets were broken and leaked continuously, and the pillow covers had lipstick stains. We ordered simple khichdi, but the over-smart chef looked filthy and was chewing ghutka. The khichdi he made was disgusting, watery, and tasteless. It took two hours to serve the khichdi and papad. The worst hotel I’ve stayed in so far.

The interiors and exteriors are beautiful, and the rooms and lavatory were clean and hygienic. The services were very decent, and the staff were very nice.

The ambience is nice, and the room is clean and beautiful, but the hospitality needs work. They didn’t provide towels or soap, and the staff should be more professional. They also make you leave the room before checkout time. The management needs improvement.
