Vinayak Heritage

The location was excellent for getting around Varanasi, and the reception staff were helpful and polite. Room service was also very good, with responsive staff whenever we needed anything. We booked two standard rooms at Vinayak Heritage, Varanasi, for 10th February to 14th February. Both looked clean and quite nice at check-in, but the bedsheets and blankets were a bit dirty. Staff promptly changed the sheets after we told them, though they left the blankets as they were. In one room, spraying room freshener led to a very unpleasant smell for a while. We’re not sure what caused it, but it made the room uncomfortable. The stay was decent thanks to the service and location, though cleaner bedding, especially the blankets, would have made it much better.

The temples and markets are nearby, and the lift was handy. Our toilets were very clean, and the staff were always eager to help. We had a great time here, with excellent accommodation, food, and other amenities. A really nice Varanasi hotel, and one I strongly recommend to visitors.

We were able to get cab and auto drop-offs and pickups right at the hotel entrance since it’s on a main road. They also arranged a boat ride and a sightseeing cab for us. It’s near Gadowlia Chowk, and the rooms, food, and service were all great. We had a wonderful stay.

This was my third time staying at the same hotel, and I’ve had another very nice experience. The rooms are well maintained, the staff are cooperative, and the food is tasty. I’d choose it again and recommend it to others.
