The calm atmosphere made this a lovely place to unwind, with Varkala Beach and nearby attractions still conveniently close. The property mixes traditional Kerala architecture with modern comforts, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms well kept. The staff were warm and courteous, always ready to help with a smile, which made the hospitality feel personal. I also really enjoyed the food. It was fresh and flavorful, with a thoughtful mix of local and familiar dishes. Aryavilla Heritage made my stay memorable, and I'd happily return. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Varkala, whether as a couple, family, or just looking for a peaceful break.

We stayed on the second floor and had a balcony. The beach is just a minute away, and the staff are super nice. I'd definitely suggest having breakfast there or taking a cooking class with Suresh, he's an amazing chef. We had a great stay.

I went to Arya Villa Heritage with friends during our Kerala trip, and we felt very welcome and well looked after. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a peaceful heritage feel that made the stay special. The hospitality was wonderful too. The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kerala.

The host was polite and good, and we had a nice stay. The rooms were good, and there's a separate parking area, though the approach road to the hotel is a little narrow. A short 100-meter cut-through takes you to the cliff market. The surrounding area felt raw, with grass and bushes, but I think Varkala's streets are generally narrow and unbuilt like that. Food and tea service weren't available.
