The room had an unpleasant smell and could probably use renovation. Aside from that, I really liked the place and would give it five stars. It's close enough to walk to the beach, and you can rent a bike too. Service was good, and the lady there was ready to help with things like arranging kayaking.

The surroundings felt welcoming, with greenery around the property and a homey outdoor area. It's close to the beach, though there's no vegetarian restaurant within about 300m, and the walk nearby makes up for that. The staff were polite and understanding, and even gave us free water bottles. At night, some short circuits caused the AC to stop. The staff acted right away and worked on fixing it. Our room also had a few door issues and some insects. Apart from those problems, we had a very nice stay and I'd recommend the place.

The building felt old and unclean, and there was a bad smell. The beach wasn't close as we expected, it took us 20-30 minutes to walk there. The lady seemed very money-minded. It was the worst experience.

For a non-AC room, I paid around 1500 on Oct 2025. There weren't any options for hanging clothes or a shelf, but the staff behaved well and the beach is nearby. Recommended for people looking for a budget stay.

The room was spacious enough for four people to sleep comfortably, and maybe more if you don't mind adjusting. It's near North cliff and black sand beach.
