The food was delicious, and the staff at Palm Tree Heritage, Varkala were friendly and cooperative throughout our comfortable stay. It’s right in front of the beach, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. What we’ll remember most is their help during an emergency. At around 2 AM, my daughter urgently needed medicine, and two staff members went out themselves in the middle of the night to get it for us. Their kindness and support moved us. Genuine hospitality like that is rare. Thank you to the whole team for making the stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Really nice ambience, facing the sea. This beachfront resort is at Odayam Beach, in a quieter spot north of the main Varkala Cliff. It has sea-view rooms and direct access to the beach. There’s also an on-site restaurant, Babu Farm Restaurant, plus candlelight dinners, yoga, Ayurveda, and tour arrangements.

The location is the only good thing here, and breakfast was decent. What made the stay so annoying was the manager or owner's attitude. If you charge this much, at least provide water in the room. I had to call 3-5 times for water, and there’s no landline, so you have to call one number that’s also used for bookings and is with either the manager or owner. He wouldn’t even listen and cut me off mid-call. It felt highly disrespectful, like they were doing guests a favour. We’re paying extra for the service you provide.

With family or friends, it’s a nice place to stay, and I had a good experience at palm tree heritage. The food and drinks were good, with a beach view and a walk along the beach. Check where the room is before booking, since they have 2 or more properties.

The complimentary breakfast was quite good, with decent variety and taste. Rooms are spacious, and the private pool adds a luxurious touch. I especially liked the quieter location near Odayam Beach, right in front of the beach with lovely views and easy access. A comfortable, relaxing stay in Varkala, and highly recommended.
