The swimming pool was the best part, neatly maintained. Our rooms, on the other hand, were handed over late, and the AC wasn’t working when we finally got in. They did manage to repair it, but it was an avoidable hassle. The rooms were basic and average for the price. Breakfast was most frustrating. Nikhil Residence has no food on-site, so guests are sent to a nearby sister property. It was packed, there was nobody to help with seating, and after more than 30 minutes without service or food, we gave up and paid for breakfast at an outside restaurant. The management and service fell well short, and this wasn’t the relaxing getaway I’d expected.

The pool is well maintained, and the rooms are good, but bring your own bedsheets. It’s close to North cliff beach and fine for a one-night stay. The water heater is solar, so there was no hot water early in the morning.

A lovely property with clean, well-kept rooms and a pool, plus a restaurant. You can walk to the beach, so it’s a good choice if you’re looking to stay near north cliff.

The pool was the main plus for me, and the rooms were good for the price. Staff were polite and helpful, though I couldn’t reach them by phone.

The people there really tried to give us the best experience, and the service stood out most. Our room was clean and big enough. We were there over New Year and got to see amazing fireworks. Thank you 🙏
