Orchid Grand was a peaceful and elegant place to stay, and the restaurant meals, including breakfast and dinner, were fresh and satisfying. I arrived at 3:00 a.m., and the staff, especially Mr. Manish, were warm, professional, and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and I was promptly taken to a clean, spacious, well-appointed room with modern amenities. I also met Mr. Shamar, the Purchase Manager, who was very helpful, and I want to thank him. At the restaurant, Mr. Mahadev and Ms. Susana were polite and professional, always greeting guests with a smile and doing extra to make people comfortable. The food had a great variety and was excellent. Many thanks to Executive Chef Mr. Ramesh Kumar for the wonderful meals. Housekeeping and the front office team were courteous and prompt, and made me feel at home throughout my stay. Orchid Grand is conveniently located and seems like a good choice for business or leisure travelers. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Jamnagar and would gladly stay again. The address is Khampaliya Highway, opposite Swan Sweet Factory, diagonally, Jamnagar, Vasai, Gujarat – 361006.

The kiwi cheesecake was the highlight for me, absolutely delicious and something I'd return for. We stayed at The Orchid, Jamnagar for one night over New Year’s, and our suite was surprisingly spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was the kind of room where I relaxed as soon as I walked in. Breakfast had a good spread, and the staff were polite, responsive, and helpful without getting in the way. The property is nice, with a pool, ample parking, and a well-kept lawn. The New Year’s Eve party was a memorable bonus, with a fun atmosphere for welcoming the year. It made for a lovely short break, and I'd happily recommend it for a quick getaway in Jamnagar.

We recently hosted a small family function there, and the service was really poor for a hotel like this, based on what I expected. It's just outside Jamnagar, so the setting is quiet, and the view by the swimming pool is okay.

Priti did excellent housekeeping work, and the room was very well maintained. The food was delicious, too. Reception was very friendly, as were the rest of the staff. It's a very nice property, keep it up.
