We paid for two nights and told the staff we planned to extend, but on the third day they simply told us to leave the room. They’d already accepted another booking and only then informed us. A hotel should check with guests about checkout plans first. It’s really poor, and they could do the same to the next guest. Communication was also lacking. I speak English fluently, but my father doesn’t, and the receptionist insisted on speaking English. She wouldn’t explain the situation to him. The management was very bad and rude, and it was a very bad experience. I highly recommend Hotel Hq in vasco instead, for quicker check-in, better service and food, and better manners.

The pool is nice, but it wasn’t maintained and we had to personally follow up to get it cleaned. Service was very poor, perhaps because they don’t have enough staff. The food tasted good, though much of the buffet was out, so we had to keep asking for refills. Even bread took almost 30 minutes. There’s space for evening leisure, but it never seemed to be used. It’s a good property with amenities, and could be maintained much better.

The location is handy for flights, only about 7 to 10 minutes from Dabolim International Airport. We chose the Breakfast Only plan, and the spread was impressive. Every dish was delicious, and the restaurant staff were prompt, warm, and courteous. Check-in was quick and smooth. The hotel also upgraded our booked Club Double Room to a Club Superior Room with Balcony without us asking, which I really appreciated. The room and washroom were spotless and well cared for, on par with premium or luxury properties. The linens were high quality, and the pillow menu helped us sleep well. A thoroughly pleasant stay, and I’d be glad to return next time I’m in Goa.

For the premium room I booked, the service was disappointing. The sheets were marked with dirt, and I couldn’t tell if they’d been changed. There was only one towel for two adults and a child. The water heater had old water in it, and we didn’t feel we could use something so basic in the morning without knowing when it had last been cleaned. The balcony had a great view, but it was dirty too. It was disheartening to get this kind of stay from such a renowned brand.
