Hotel Four Seasons

We were lucky to get a family room during peak season, when traffic around the hotel was hectic. The room was clean and well maintained, with enough space for a family. Staff were supportive, and parking could fit 25+ cars. It's right next to the Morning star church entrance. The restaurant was closed, and nearby places to eat were hard to find without crowds.

After a lot of back and forth, they offered us an “emergency room,” but it was dirty and didn't even have pillows. It felt like they just wanted us to accept anything. The receptionist made things worse by getting argumentative and defensive instead of helping when we asked questions. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. We had booked two rooms through Goibibo, but on arrival we were told they weren't available because of an “electrical issue” affecting all rooms. That didn't seem genuine, especially when we saw other guests coming out of the elevator looking fine. I wondered if our rooms had been given to someone else and this was an excuse, since nothing about the situation added up. The whole thing left a bad impression. It felt misleading and was handled poorly. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I arrived at 7 AM after booking two rooms through Goibibo and paying around ₹4443. They said there was a room shortage and electrical problems, then offered just one temporary emergency room instead of the two I'd booked. Staff even called my Goibibo booking “fraud,” although my booking ID was valid and confirmed. The manager was rude and wouldn't give me a proper written explanation. This was poor service and unprofessional behavior. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel. Please be careful before booking. I'm currently requesting a full refund for what happened.

The whole property, including the washrooms, was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were excellent. Manager Vijin was especially professional and helpful, and all the staff made the stay comfortable. I had a great experience here and highly recommend it.
