We visited with family and had a terrible experience. We booked several rooms, but they would provide only three, no matter how many we booked. Bedsheets were unclean, they didn't provide basic necessities, and they charged extra for towels and soaps. The manager was very rude, and staff asked for more money. It spoiled our whole experience. The manager also said they wouldn't provide proper service or amenities because we'd booked on Agoda and the hotel had paid commission. Please avoid this hotel or lodge.

There were cockroaches in the room, and they didn't provide towels, soap, complimentary water, or a kettle. The quality was below standard, and after paying a lot, the stay fell far short of what I expected. I'm very annoyed and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good value for the money, with a clean room and toilet. I arrived at midnight and was served politely. Low cost and very suitable for a transit stop.

I had a bad experience here. The staff were rude and aggressive, and they seemed closely aligned with DJ Residency, which is directly opposite this property. They treated me unfairly, so stay alert and don't stay here.

I booked an AC room but was given a non-AC one. They said Agoda bookings only get non-AC rooms, so it was an average experience. It took six months for you to respond to this review, which showed little concern for guest feedback. The AC versus non-AC room wasn't a major issue for me; it was the way the staff handled it that disappointed me. Their lack of basic hospitality and unprofessional behavior spoiled our experience after a long journey. That's what this rating reflects. Instead of being defensive about the feedback, train staff to be more welcoming and helpful. A little respect goes a long way.
