We spent 3 days and 2 nights here, and the infinity pool was a highlight, with very good water quality. Our complimentary breakfast was very good too. The property felt calm and close to nature, and the room was clean. The staff were wonderful throughout. Mr Hari and his team kept looking after our needs, making things easy for us. I’d recommend it to families and friends looking for a good staycation.

Noushad and Sreehari were especially kind and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. We also enjoyed the breakfast and had a great time at the well-maintained pool. The spacious room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The property was beautifully cared for, with peaceful natural views that made it easy to relax. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet budget-friendly resort in wayanad, this is one to consider.

Manager Hari’s professionalism and quick, thoughtful help made a real difference to our visit. He paid attention to the details and helped make everything run smoothly. The pool was the one good part. The kids’ play area was overgrown with weeds and grass, and the swing and other equipment were rusty. I paid 4000 a night after booking a non-AC room for 3000, then paying extra for AC after finding it too hot. This place isn’t worth that price. It feels more like a basic homestay with a pool than a resort, and it seemed very quiet, with poor maintenance. The rooms smelled bad, and the bed linen had dirty marks, like it wasn’t changed between guests. Don’t expect tissues or shampoo in the washrooms, and I had to ask at least three times for a bathroom mat. Breakfast was poor quality, with puttu containing far too much coconut dust. When I asked for a little more coffee powder, the cook got irritated and roughly took the cup from my hand, spilling half of it. He was rude, looked frustrated, and showed anger toward customers. I didn’t order dinner for us, but the dhal fry and egg omelets for the baby cost another 200 rupees on top of the already expensive room. I kept quiet because I didn’t want to spoil the family holiday, though I was very upset. Don’t book based on social media influencers or arrive with high expectations. I wouldn’t pay more than 2500 for non-AC or 3000 for AC. At a higher price, there are better nearby options or great hotels. The owner should teach the North Indian cook to show customers some empathy.
