The night jungle safari arranged through Jungle Bay Resort was a real thrill and a highlight of our trip. We also loved the food, both the taste and quality, and found the staff friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout. The resort sits beautifully among nature, so our one-night stay felt peaceful and private, with a real jungle feel. We'd happily recommend it for a nature break in Wayanad.

The team made us feel welcome and looked after us throughout our stay. At the front, Anusha, Manya, Arujith, and Elaho greeted us properly and guided us along the way. Renjith also met us and showed real care about how our stay was going. Sreeljiesh, Ashwani, Tharik, and Naahkishor were ready to help whenever we needed something, while Praveen paid close attention to the details and our satisfaction with the service. It’s a beautiful place in a good spot for a peaceful stay. Must try.

The rooms and setting are lovely, surrounded by greenery, and I have nothing negative to say about our stay. Every staff member was friendly and helpful with our requests. The manager welcomed feedback and clearly takes pride in training the young team and encouraging them to do their best. Special thanks to Praveen Joseph, Chefs Vineesh and Sivaprasad, Aswanthi, Tharik, Sreejilesha, and the housekeeping staff for their attentive service.

Our baby was comfortable here, and we had a great spa experience. The GM and F&B manager Praveen was kind, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. A really lovely staycation at jungle bay.

We spent two nights here with family and found the whole stay relaxing. There’s plenty of open space and games for different ages, and we had a lot of fun around the bonfire in the evening. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely feel to it. The restaurant food and service were excellent. Pravin was especially helpful and made sure we were well cared for, and the rest of the staff were welcoming and courteous. Highly recommended.
