The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, the bathrooms were unhygienic, and the bedsheets were dirty. When I asked for a change, the service lady was rude, and they only replaced them after we insisted and pushed. The service was horrible. There were no towels, tea, coffee, or cutlery, and the TV wasn’t properly connected. There was no hot water either. We had to rush to another hotel. This was pathetic; even one star feels undeserved, it should be zero.

The service was really good, and everything from the interiors and tile colors to the floors and bedsheets was lovely to look at. We had an awesome stay, especially for such an affordable rate.

The room was small, the facilities basic, cleanliness below par, and the comfort level low. The location wasn't convenient either, and I don't feel what I paid was worth it. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it without serious improvements to how guests are treated. Most of the staff came across as unprofessional. One receptionist was especially rude and disrespectful, and dealing with him made me feel unwelcome. Another person at reception was kind, though. He offered to change my room and arranged an extra bed for an additional charge, which I appreciated, but that couldn't make up for the rest of the experience.

The room wasn't good, and it had none of the basic amenities. The TV didn't work, and there was a wall-mounted table fan.
