For 1400, two rooms were quite affordable, and the rooms were cleaned okay. We did find some cockroaches on the walls and a few on the bed. If you’re only there for one night, it’s a manageable option, especially if your trip is to hike Sajra and Gojra forts.

I stayed at the hotel from April 13th to April 19th, 2025, and was deeply disappointed by the service and by Mr. Mustak’s unprofessional behavior as manager. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. The TV was there, but its remote was missing, and Mr. Mustak said the hotel didn’t have one. During the seven days, the bed sheets were changed just once. I raised this with Mr. Mustak several times, but he said no sheets were available. When I said I would take the matter to the property owner, he became angry and threatened me. That conduct is completely inappropriate. I pay for service at the hotel, not to put up with a manager’s attitude or threats. I do want to commend Mr. Badsha for being polite, well behaved, and cooperative. He showed the kind of customer service you expect in hospitality. The hotel’s image is deteriorating because of people like Mr. Mustaq who behave badly. Please be careful. I hope the hotel takes immediate action so this doesn’t happen again.
