We booked these service apartments for our wedding, and it turned out to be one of our best decisions. The management was helpful, responsive, and accommodating from the start during a very busy time. The apartments were spotless, spacious, and well maintained, with a homely feel and hotel-like amenities that our family and friends appreciated. The location also made it easy for guests to travel to and from the wedding venue. Thanks to Mr. Saravanan for making our stay comfortable. Highly recommended for families and groups.

The room and atmosphere at Golden Fort Service Apartment were excellent. I spent one day there and had a really great stay.

Mr. Saravanan, the manager, can understand and speak English and Hindi easily. The staff were friendly, the rooms neat and clean, and the hospitality was good. It was a comfortable, luxurious stay.

There was plenty of parking, and the rooms were clean. Staff were friendly, responded on time, and got room service to us quickly. One of the best places I've stayed.

We booked two rooms for a few days for an official visit, starting on 26 August. On the night of the 29th, we asked security for two extra beds because we needed space for two more guests, and they provided them. Then the owner had security cross-check with me and repeatedly asked several people in our group how many extra beds we had taken. We expected decent service, so being questioned like that over a request the owner had approved was disgusting and made us feel mistrusted. It was the worst management I've experienced in hospitality, and we disliked the property. We checked out on the night of the 30th instead of extending our stay. We regret referring anyone here, and couldn't face more silly issues over the extra beds.
