Premium Collection O Joka Industrial Plaza

I came with my wife for work at ESIC Joka and booked this hotel. We were left waiting outside from 12:30 to 2:30 am, calling again and again, perhaps 500 to 1,000 times, with no answer. They hadn’t responded to my calls earlier either, so I couldn’t let them know when we’d arrive. The area felt frightening, especially at night, and the neighbors weren’t helpful. The hotel also looked nothing like its photos. After two hours alone in the dark with my wife, feeling helpless, we gave up and went to another hotel 10 km away.

There were white stains in my room, the kind you wouldn’t want to see in a family-friendly place. Never coming back.

They supply food from outside because there’s no restaurant, and there wasn’t even drinking water. Worst hotel. Don’t book here.

The photos on the profile misled me, and I won’t stay here again. The place was poorly maintained and unhygienic, with stained sheets and pillow covers that hadn’t been changed. There was no ventilation or fire safety, and lots of stray dogs in the area. Bring your own bathing and brushing supplies. Nearby Blinkit may be useful.
