After staying here more than ten times, I can honestly give this hotel just one star. The rooms are filthy, and I’ve been given towels that had already been used. Sometimes the bathroom flush doesn’t work, and the last time the TV was broken. I called several times for help and got none. They don’t provide blankets either. The staff are irresponsible and behave badly, especially the owner, pankaj. At 12:30 last night I ordered cold drinks. I was told to wait a minute, then called again an hour later. The owner got irritated and hung up after saying, "aajayga yaar apka order." We checked out in the morning and the drinks never arrived. If you need a cheap room for a few hours and don’t care about the condition, maybe it’ll do. Otherwise, read the reviews and don’t spoil your special day by staying here.

They showed us pictures of a different room, then put us in a dirty room with an unclean bed and bathroom. It felt like a scam.

The experience was awful. If the rating system allowed it, I’d give this place zero stars. Stay away.

I had already paid before seeing the room, so I ended up staying one night. The door had a hole in it and felt very unsafe for couples or families, as someone outside could watch into the room. The sheets, towels, pillow covers, toilet, and room were all filthy, and everything smelled bad. Staff were lying on the sofa right outside our door, which made us uncomfortable. Then at 3 a.m. someone rang the doorbell nonstop for about five minutes and ruined my sleep. Please don’t stay here.

We had discussed the rates in detail before booking, and the website check-in time had also been talked over and agreed to. But when we arrived, they refused to let us check in and said it was only allowed from 11 a.m. It was a really bad way to treat people. The service was the worst I’ve experienced, and the staff were ill-mannered and had no etiquette. Don’t choose this hotel.
